Many who are brand new to the Dr. Natura Colonix program wonder how long they should stay on it for…
If this is your first time using the Colonix colon cleanser, it is strongly recommended that you complete a two or three month cycle. Over the years, your body has built up substantial amounts of toxins and it is impossible to eliminate them in a few days.
In addition to completing a two or three month cycle on your first go around, it’s also vital that you follow the instructions included with the program. Achieving optimal results with the Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleansing program depends largely on you, and your willingness to stick to the program day in and day out.

For those of you who are thinking about trying this out and are wondering if the Dr. Natura Colonix program has any side effects, let me share my experience. Please keep in mind that I followed the directions to the letter (except I steeped the KleriTea longer than recommended after some trial and error).
Really the only side effect that I experienced was some cramping, usually in the mornings. The cramping wasn’t extreme but it was a little on the uncomfortable side and was alleviated when I went to the bathroom.
If you’ve done a colon cleansing with this product please leave a comment, I would love to hear if you experienced any Dr. Natura Colonix side effects…

One of the benefits to cleansing your colon with the Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleanser is it helps to cleanse intestinal parasites.
Toxins and processed foods lead to poor digestion which then converts into a build-up of toxic matter. This toxic junk in your colon can turn into parasites which can cause serious harm to your body.
If you’re wondering just how harmful intestinal parasites in humans can be, National Geographic has reported that internal parasites have killed more human beings than all the wars in history. This is a very serious issue that not many people are discussing…
Paranil, the supplement included in the Colonix program that helps to cleanse parasites in the colon, is all-natural and contains a powerful blend of herbs which work overtime to kill and expel human intestinal parasites. Here’s a list of the all-natural ingredients included in Paranil:
- Yellow Dock Powder
- Prickley Ash Bark Powder
- Wormwood Powder
- Grapefruit Seed Extract
- Pau D’Arco Powder
- Fenugreek Seed Powder
- Garlic Bulb Powder
- Turmeric Root
- Black Walnut Hulls
- Peppermint Leaf Powder
- Hyssop Leaf
- Elecampane Plant
- Clove Bud Powder
- False Unicorn Root
- Pumpkin Seed
- Gentian Root
- Myrrh Gum
- Male Fern Root Powder
By the way, cleansing your colon with Colonix is 100% vegetarian so if you’re a vegan there are no worries in that department.

If you’re looking around for some “colon cleansing how to information”, I can save you some time. One of the easiest ways of cleansing your colon is with Dr. Natura’s all-natural herbal colon cleanser, Colonix. Colonix is one of the best colon cleansing products on the market today and it’s extremely effective if you’re interested in parasites cleansing, IBS relief, gas and bloating, etc.
The Dr. Natura Colonix program is a safe alternative to many of the questionable colon cleansing practices being pushed today and as someone who has used the product, I can say that there were no harmful side effects.
Cleansing your colon with the DrNatura Colonix kit is easy. You can buy Colonix from Dr. Natura’s website, located here:
=> http://www.DrNatura.com
The Colonix program consists of 3 components…
- The Colonix Intestinal Cleanser - A fiber supplement that cleanse your colon of toxic buildup and helps to prevent new build-up.
- KleriTea - Kleri Tea is an herbal tea that is taken before bedtime. It has a laxative effect on the bowels and also helps with the detoxification process.
- Paranil - An anti-parasite supplement, Paranil helps to eliminate harmful parasites including intestinal worms and their eggs.
Taking the product is extremely simple and there are no harsh tasting drinks to force down. Both drinks, the intestinal cleanser and the KleriTea, are more that tolerable taste-wise and the Paranil supplement is in pill form.
So, if you’ve been looking around for some good colon cleansing how to tips hopefully this has given you something you can put to use. The Colonix program really does make the colon cleansing process easy and I would recommend it to anyone who is concerned about their overall health and well being.

I wanted to post a Dual Action Cleanse review here as I’ve been getting some emails about it recently.
The Dual Action Colon Cleanse is an all-natural, herbal based colon cleanser which is made up of a two-part system.
- Total Body Purifier - Helps to support your body’s filtering organs which get rid of toxins (liver and kidneys)
- Colon Clear Formula - Cleans out your colon
You can also purchase the Maximizer Kit which is made up of 3 different products which work together to increase the effectiveness of the Dual Action Clense program.
- Energy Burst - Blend of B-complex vitamins, herbs, superfoods, and enzymes
- Essential Health Oil - Omega-3 and other fatty acids
- Perfect Fiber - Helps your body with regularity by eliminating bulky waste
One thing that I really like about the Dual Action Cleanse product is the fact that there are no messy powders to mix up, you simply take the included tablets with water. This makes it very convenient to cleanse even while traveling, where mixing up drinks and teas may not be possible.

I get a lot of email from people wondering, “Is Colonix safe to cleanse your body with?” As someone who has used Colonix before, I can tell you that I didn’t experience any harmful or negative side effects from Dr. Natura’s colon cleansing program (to read my day to day review while on the product, just go back at the beginning of this blog).
Cleansing your body with an effective, all natural colon treatment is a good way to approach parasites cleansing, weight gain, IBS, severe gas and bloating, etc.. If you’ve been looking into things like colon cleansing diets and different ways to detox your body, you should consider colon cleansing at home with an herbal cleanser such as Colonix.
In case you’re not familiar with it, the Colonix colon cleanse system has 3 main components.
- Colonix Intestinal Cleanser - A fiber supplement
- Paranil - A parasite cleansing supplement
- KleriTea - An herbal tea for regularity and detoxification
By the way, all 3 of these products are 100% natural and vegetarian.

I’ve started a dedicated area on the Colon Cleansing Forum for colon cleanser reviews. If you’ve tried one of the colon cleansers listed and would take a minute to post a review, I would really appreciate it. I get quite a bit of email from people who want information on particular colon cleansing products and I can’t give them any feedback because I haven’t tried them.
Here’s the link to the forum, registration is free and only takes a second:

Currently, there are review areas set up for the following colon cleansers:
Thanks!

If you’ve been wondering how to do a colon cleanse, it’s actually very simple and something that you can do from the comfort of your own home. While I’ve had success with the Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleanser, there are many different products available that you can use to do a colon cleanse safely and naturally.
Colon cleansing isn’t a topic that is usually discussed for obvious reasons, so I’ve recently set up a forum where you can ask all the questions you want about colon cleansers without having to feel embarrassed. For more information on how to do a colon cleanse and which products you should consider, head over to the Colon Cleansing Forum at http://www.ColonCleansingForum.com/.

While I don’t have any Colonix complaints to make after trying the program, I know that there are some people out there who feel differently. If you have a complaint about the Colonix colon cleansing program or some kind of a negative experience with the product, I would really like to hear about it.
My goal with this blog and also the Colon Cleansing Forum is to present a balanced, unbiased view of different colon cleansing and detox options.
So, if you have any Colonix complaints that you would like to make known please head on over and post them to the Dr. Natura Colonix Reviews area on our forum. Here’s the link:

Lately I’ve been reading about “The Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet” which was invented by the late naturopath Stanley Burroughs. Basically, The Lemonade Diet aims to eliminate toxins from the body by fasting. I’ve heard that it’s a pretty effective way to detox and has many benefits including weight loss.
If you’ve had a chance to try The Lemonade Master Cleanse Diet out, please post a comment and let me know how it worked out for you. I would love to hear some feedback from you guys on this before I try it. Thanks!

I’ve had several people ask me where to find out more about Dr. Natura’s Colonix colon cleanser. It seems that many people are trying to pull up www.Colonix.com and that isn’t the correct address.
If you’re trying to find the official Colonix website, the correct URL is http://www.drnatura.com/.

Day 47 of my colon cleansing product review for the Colonix treatment program by Dr. Natura.
After several days of “normal” bowel movements, I had another strange one this morning. Basically, it was a big spongy mass but was easily broken up into a long, mucus-like strand. While the entire stool wouldn’t hold together for a photo, I did manage to photograph a large piece of it:

Pictured was about 20% of the actual stool, it was quite large.
