Well, I just woke up and feel great. No headaches or cramps so far.
I didn’t feel the urge to go to the bathroom immediately after I got up, but after moving about for 30 minutes or so I did. The result was a rather large bowel movement so something is definitely working. I’m getting ready to take the capsules and mix up my morning drink. Will report back later.
