I steeped the KleriTea herbal detoxification drink for another 15 minutes last night. Again, I feel great this morning with no cramps or discomfort.
I went to the bathroom and had a full bowel movement shortly after waking up, then about 30 minutes later I went again. Both trips were well-sized movements, however no strange looking items to report today.
