DID YOU LOOSE ANY BELLY FAT?..I WANT TO TRY THIS OUT BUT I MAINLY WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT..DO YOU HIGHLY RECOMMEND.THANKS
No, I didn’t lose any weight or waistline inches.
To curious girl,
I am on 14 days of colon cleanising. I lost a little bit of weight ( 1-2 pounds).
To Colon Cleansing
Did u feel bloated in a first 2 weeks?
I am
, however I lost some weight
( I did not want to lose any)
You know, I never really felt bloated at all. I also never noticed any weight loss.
Many of the Colonix reviews I’ve read have reported lots of benefits including weight loss, but I personally have not experienced those results.
May I ask you how much you weighed before starting this colon cleansing program ?
I weigh 175 pounds.
To Colon Cleansing:
Well today was better
. I read that fiber can give you a “bloated” effect .
The bloating occurs because the fiber absorbs much water/fluid & swells to man times it’s dry volume. It is usually recommended to drink adequate water when consuming high amounts of fiber to make up for the available water/fluid that is absorbed by the fiber. Some people who haven’t increased their water intake have had constipation & cramping symptoms.. so ensure you drink enough water.
Thank you.
I am drinking water though, a lot ![]()
Anyway bloating effect is almost gone.
To Colon_Cleansing,
any changes?
Drinking a lot of water is very important while you’re on this program.
No changes in the last few days, I’ve gotten lazy and missed a few days of posting. I actually think I’m going to stop the treatment as I’m almost to the end of the 60 days and I’m not seeing much activity now.
SO SINCE YOU DIDN’T LOOSE MUCH WEIGHT..DID YOUR ENERGY LEVEL CHANGE AT ALL..OR ANYTHING LIKE STATED ON THE SITE…BUY THE WAY OU CAN GET THIS STUFF ON EBAY FOR LESS THAN THE ACTUAL WEBSITE.
To be honest, I really didn’t see those types of side effects. About the only thing that I experienced was the strange bowel movements.
e-bay less?
Great! Are not u afaraid it can be fake?
To Colon Cleansing:
U are so right! BM is getting weirder day by day
Why don’t I create an account for those of you who are going through the treatment as well so you can make posts to this blog as I did?
To Colon Cleansing:
I’m wondering if maybe the colon cleansing product you’re using is creating the “mucoid plaque” you mention/photograph throughout the blog? As “D” said in the post above, the fiber absorbs liquid and swells to many times its normal size. Could this mucoid plaque simply be the swelled-up fiber? I have a couple of reasons to suggest this:
1) You started seeing this plaque about a week or so after taking the cleansing product
2) You haven’t lost any weight. If all of this stuff was really inside you to begin with, you would have lost a little bit of weight with each of those bowel movements, but you have not.
I’m not an expert, and this is just a theory.
–Skeptic
hello there! i’m actually on the same program, and i’m currently on my 10th day but truthfully my BM haven’t been as regular as yours seem to be, and i drink plenty of water (about a gallon a day)… did you have regular/daily BM prior to taking colonix? i’m thinking i should perhaps increase the amount of time i let the tea sit, but we’ll see how that goes as well
are you done with the 60 days now?
I had regular bowel movements but not like I had after starting the Colonix treatment. I actually steeped the tea for 15 minutes and it helped, you should try 10 minutes possibly and then work up from there if needed.
Skeptic had the same questions as I have. The Colonix web site has testimonials from people who had recently had clean colonoscopies and then tried the Colonix. Why would the colon be clean in the colonoscopy and then produce such fowl, stringy, mucous plaques. I believe the energy benefits may be partially true for those that are finally having regular BMs, but for most, I think they are mostly psychological since they believe that all these toxins have been removed from their bodies.
I got more and more curious about the mucous plaques and did some more research. Do a search of the term on Quackwatch.com; pathguy.com; and Wikipedia.
To Colon Cleansing: Thanks for posting your experiences with this product. I was looking into colon cleansing as a potential remedy for the constipation that comes with use of a perscription drug and I was almost set to order Colonix. I was familiar with and comfortable with most of the herbal ingredients, but I began to question all the photos and hype about what was being expelled. Ran across your blog and learned the term “mucous plaque” – finally gave me a search term that led to the sites named above. I’ll be saving my money by not buying this or any other colon cleansing product. PS-There is a similar phenomenon with the gallbladder cleanse. The “stones” are not gallstones, but an oily by-product of the ingredients in the cleanse. I think I found that info on pathguy.com, a site by a MD-Pathologist.
I have followed your blog with interest as my husband and I started the Colonix program at the end of May. We have both noticed different effects. While both of us had regular bowel habits, my husband has had digestive issues, taking Tums on a daily basis. In addition he has suffered for many years with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and some viral loads, like Epstein-Barr and West Nile. In the last year he has been on long-term low dose antibiotics and recent high doses due to a tick-borne bacteria found in his bloodwork. His energy level has steadily improved from 5 to 10 minutes a day where he’s glad to be alive to an hour or two a day. In addition, he is now getting up in the morning often before 10am instead of noon. Both of us actually noticed feeling better in the morning, less sugar cravings, and I’m drinking less coffee.
He and other family members on the product have seen pinworms in their stool. Neither of us have lost weight although he has taken a notch up in his belt and I can tell his stomach is looking less distended. I feel a better general sense of wellness and less sinus drainage. Some days we’ve felt a little flu-like, I had some bloating and mild cramping. I’m very pleased with the product.
Just wanted to give another opinion. . .
WELL I HAVE THE SAME QUESTIONS AS SKEPTIC. I HAVEN’T EATEN PORK FOR ABOUT 14 YEARS..AND WE ALL SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE FACT THAT PORK CARRIES THE TRICHINA WORM AND THIS SUCKER IS HARD TO KILL! NO MATTER HOW WELL YOU COOK YOUR PORK MEAT.I DON’T DRINK COFFE AND I’M NOT AN EXCESSIVE OVEREATER..AND I DO SEE SOME OF THE BLACK STRINGY STUFF SOMETIMES..I DO BELIEVE IT IS THE BY-PRODUCT OF THE COLONIX.I AM REGULAR NOW..I GO EVERYDAY(ONCE OR TWICE).NOT FOUR OR THREE.I’M FINISHING MY SECOND WEEK..SO I’M WAITING TO SEE IF THIS WILL IMPROVE.I’M CURRENTLY EXCERSIZING SO I’M NOT SURE WHAT TO ATTRIBUTE MY WEIGHT LOST IN MY ABDOMEN AREA TO. WELL BASICALLY FIBER IS GOOD FOR YOU..AND THE TEA IS SUPPOSE TO MAKE YOU GO REGARDLESS OF YOU TAKING THE FIBER OR THE PILLS…I ALWAYS DRINK HERBAL TEA LIKE (TWINSTAR,BALLERINA,TRIMAX,GREEN TEA) AND THEY ALL MAKE YOU GO FIRST THING IN THE MORNING…BUT YOU DON’T SEE ANY BLACK STRINGY STUFF..JUST A WHOLE LOT OF POOP!..I DON’T THINK I’LL DO A SECOND MONTH..I’LL STICK TO MY EXCERSIZING AND DRINK MY HERBAL TEAS THAT COST 1.99 A BOX.
To Curious Girl:
It sounds like you’re primary interest in the product isn’t health issues as much as weight loss. We have lost about 5 pounds each on the product (weighed in during recent doctor visit). I think the herbs encourage the black stringy stuff to let loose from the intestines.
Regarding people who had “clean colonoscopies”, there are parasites that live out heir cycle in the small intestine, an area not inspected during a colonoscopy nor cleaned out by the enema required for such an exam.
In addition, my microbiology and pathology books show areas outside the intestines that are favorite targets of certain parasites. Virtually any organ, muscles (a favorite for trichinella), and blood can serve as host. The herbs are designed to detox the body in general, strengthen the immune system and produce effects outside the intestinal tract.
Many products (including traditional medicine) for parasites will take a while to produce a die-off. In addition you may to get experience other unpleasant side effects of those meds including bleeding from the colon. Most doctors don’t inform you of the need to rebuild the good bacteria you’ve destroyed and if one doesn’t know that, it will take months to rebuild a happy digestive system (been there, done that).
Parasites, available to all in contaminated food and/or water (you may just be swimming), seem fairly easy to get and much harder to get rid of, so it seems that an herbal tune-up is a simple aid to assisting a body the may not feel as well as it should.
Wishing you all health and wellness. . .Laura
I am currently on Day 12 of Colonix and haven’t had much success in terms of amount or frequency of bowel movements. I am having the same number of bowel movements a day as before starting Colonix (1x/day) but they are also smaller. I’m wondering if the Colonix and/or Kleritea could be causing constipation?! I drink PLENTY of water each day so I can’t imagine it could be due to low fluid intake. Also, I’ve been on 5 different antibiotics since January and, according to Colonix, my problems could stem from not having enough friendly bacteria. I’ve been taking their probiotics every night (4 capsules) before bed. It doesn’t seem to be helping much yet, though.
The Paranil (anti-parasite capsules), on the other hand, works GREAT! I have seen 1 tiny worm-looking creature in my urine on three separate occasions and also occasionally have things in my stool that match the description of some of the testimonials (lots of sesame seed -looking stuff and some large tomato-colored tubular segments).
So the Paranil definitely works! I’m a little concerned, though, that I may not be removing the dead parasites from my body quickly enough because of the constipation and small movements.
I have gained 2 lbs since beginning the program even though I haven’t changed my eating or exercise habits.
I’m currently considering reducing my Colonix fiber intake and increasing my Kleritea steep time. Right now I’m steeping it for about 6 minutes and NEVER have an urge to go to the bathroom in the morning. I usually don’t go until early afternoon.
Is all this normal? Is my body still adjusting to the program or is something amiss?
well i ‘m still using this product..and i still don’t go like 3/4 times a day..i go once a day like in the morning…i haven’t realy seen worms……but if feels good to be “light”..thats how i feel after i take my morning poop.i’m about to finish up my month..and then i might try again wiht another brand to compare..
To Lori:
I didn’t really notice a big change in bowel frequency from the product initially. Is eliminating in the afternoon your norm? Are you feeling bloated and/or constipated? I had a bloated feeling for a couple of weeks and it took awhile before we noticed weight loss.
Sometimes massaging your colon, either one flat hand on top of the other or one hand over a fist (depending on how deep you want it) starting from your right side near the appendix working in a slow circular movement can be very soothing and helpful. Another option is to sit or stand and use a small rubber ball (like the soft bouncy balls kids like) on your feet especially the middle, outer edge and toward the heels or massage them or better yet, get someone else to do it!
With regard to the probiotic, my husband and I often take enzymes and probiotics with our meals, or shortly after, which is usually recommended after antibiotics. Do you notice any stomach trouble or indigestion since the antibiotic therapy? (I assume you are no longer taking them). Also wondered if you are eating on a regular basis and think you are getting enough fiber in your diet? Are you on any other medication or supplements that could be causing trouble?
I hope you do well on the product. Quite often people seem to cycle through detox effects, sluggishness, headache, flu-like symptoms though they seem to abate in a couple of days.
Keep us posted on your progress!
Laura
Hello~
I have actually never blogged before. I have recently started the Colonix program -Day 3 this evening- and I was seeking advice and insight from people currently using the program instead of “testimonials” on the main web page. The need for insight and feedback led to a google search which landed me here and thank goodness.
I have read through most of the entries and comments and have found some similarities to my experiences thus far. As of my late teen years-I am now 29- I have never been regular. Usually having one BM per day sometimes skipping a day sometimes two. As of day three I can’t say that I have established any kind of regularity but I have seen improvements in other areas. However, I am hopeful.
For some reason I have experienced a change in my sleeping patterns. I have always been a late night/sleep-in kind of gal. All of a sudden I’m passing out at ten p.m.-could it be the kleritea?-and waking up before 6am, and that’s w/o an alarm clock!
I”m not so certain that I’m brave enough to examine my stools as some of you do but these photos and others that I have seen are enough to convince me to forward with the plan.
I do have a couple of questions that I’m hoping someone will respond to.
#1- Has anyone had what they would consider success w/o eating a “raw food”" or vegetarian diet while cleansing? I am eating a healthy diet and plenty of fruits and veggies but can’t walk away from dairy!! It’s no problem to cut back on meat-even chicken- for me for a while but I’m no saint! So, I wonder if I am wasting my time? ‘
#2-Has anyone experienced a bad taste in the mouth? Today on Day 3 I had a terrible taste that I could not get rif of!! I chewed gum, brushed my teeth, used mouth wash…Nothing worked. Please shed some light if you can.
Good to meet you all!!!
Hello “New to Blogging!”
My husband and I noticed shifts in sleep patterns. We are generally night owls and the first couple of weeks we were awake later than usual like 2 or 3 in the morning but I was still waking at my usual time. Then we noticed feeling sleepy earlier in the evening.
With regard to your questions, I’m not sure what you consider success with the cleanse. We haven’t made any real dietary changes but found some natural benefits from the cleanse in that we have less sugar cravings and I’m drinking less coffee and find I’m more active in the morning. I’ve had the added benefit of less sinus drainage. I’m entering hay fever season so I’ll be curious to see how I fare. We are just starting our third month.
I have clients (I’m a massage therapist) that mentioned having a metal taste in their mouth during the cleanse. Some report a change in the smell of their sweat as well. I guess each of us have a unique detox style and perhaps it depends on what or where the body needs to remove toxins, aside from how toxic the system may be.
Even during a massage some clients have reported similar reactions. Some people get dry-mouthed, nauseated, light-headed, achy for a couple of days, etc. Usually it will pass and future sessions will be better but sometimes the detox effect of a therapeutic massage scares some people away. Other people have never had such a reaction and can’t imagine those effects. It’s similar with the herbal cleanse. Some will go through without much obvious ill effect while others will notice more profound changes or reactions.
Sorry about rambling . . . hope this helps!
Laura
Hi, I’ve just purchased a kit off BlessedHerbs.com (actually i got it from the english website, being english, but it’s the same kit).
It’s not arrived yet, but the website was full of pictures like yours is; the major difference between your programme and mine is that mine lasts about 5 days, and is INTENSIVE. I’ll let you know if it works.
Thanks.
Let us know what you think. I had two clients try an intensive cleanse (I don’t know which program) but couldn’t continue it and keep a regular schedule. The liquid diet that was recommended was too drastic for them, which is an advantage to the Colonix program since it is kinder to the system and releases the rubbery build-up as well as mucus, etc.
If you’re general health is good, you may do fine. Are you planning to do it with a liquid fast?
the cleanse pack arrived – but i wasn’t in, so i’ve got to get to the post office on Saturday to pick it up.
It’s a liquid fast, where you add the herbs to organic apple juice or water. It lasts for 8 days, and comprises of two aspects – a digestive stimulating pill, which is designed to get the bowels moving, and another herbal bit which aims to draw the build up away from the walls – the same sort of stuff that has been photographed on this page.
I’m going to aim to start it on monday, and it sould finish next tuesday – i’m so excited!
I will be trying Colonix in a week. Hope things goes well
I’m on day 2 of the fast – although i fluffed it yesterday cause i was so hungry, so i had a small dinner. However this morning i sh@t out some of that stuff, so it must be working. hope it continues – long live colon cleansing!
I am an acne sufferer and it is in my genetics. I’ve done some pretty bad stuff to my body as a teen and gradually, my skin got worse. I’ve tried almost every type of acne medication available and nothing has work to my success. It’s starting to lead me in the direction of my internal toxicity. I have small bowel movements daily, but they’re not what they use to be when I was 8 years-old. I think that’s what we’re all trying to achieve is to get our bodies to how they were when we were virgins to this toxic world. Anyhow, I want to know if anybody using Colonix has seen an improvement in their skin. Mainly, if you have acne, did it clear up somewhat or completely go away. I want to try colon cleansing, and liver cleansing after, in hope of trying to aid my face full of pimples.
thanks.
I am constantly in extreme pain on my colon area, and the colonoscopy came out clear. I am chronically constipated.
I went to see many GI, and tha last one told me that I should have my colon removed…yeah right…
I’ve tried Dr Schultze formulae, which worked to diminish my constant constipation, but the pain is still there…I don’t know what to do. I can’t go to the bathroom naturally, I need help and I refuse to take laxative as a treatment, but on the other hand, when I do get help with diverse herbal remedes, my pain remains, and I never feel good.
I will take any advise possible.
Than you all.
Reply to Another Skeptic. I have always been a skeptic as well about most internet sites claims and their products. I have often looked to quakwatch.org to find what I thought was a valuable opinion from a Doctor. I recently Googled the Dr’s name(http://www.quackpotwatch.org/quackpots/quackpots/barrett.htm) and have found that he may really be the quack. He was never board certified and is a retired Psychiatrist so I will no longer look to Quackwatch.org for any opinions. I have decided to order the Colonix and Toxinout Programs.
Have you used OxyPowder? I had better success with it.
Dear Sophy,
I wondered if your pain is more on one side than the other, also if you have other factors, such as female troubles (like endometriosis) or meds that may contribute to the constipation. And, of course, consider your water intake habits versus other beverages.
A food journal may be helpful if you are reacting to some foods. Some do a rotation diet where they don’t eat the same food for three days. Others do an elimination diet and then add back foods to see it they are reactive. For instance, potatoes, peppers, onions are offenders for some migraine sufferers. So you may need to do some investigative work if you suspect a problem.
Some people report a change in food allergies on the Colonix, like being able to eat fresh fruit and not having their throat swell up.
My sister-in-law had a recent severe bout of constipation while on the Colonix program. However, she linked it to a large portion of baby back ribs she ate, something she wouldn’t normally eat. It set off a difficult week in which she went to an acupuncturist who gave some relief but not enough. Finally she ended up at the doctor’s office where she received some sort of pills that finally helped. She did discontinue the Colonix regiment except for the KleriTea which the doctor felt would help because of the laxative effect of the herbs in it.
The acupuncturist made an interesting comment to her regarding her diet. He said even though the company said you didn’t have to make dietary modifications (although they do recommend minimizing or avoiding some things to get the most benefit) he felt it was important to cut out the red meat, which after her experience will not likely be hard.
Someone else asked about acne. My husband has had a rash on parts of his body literally for decades and we have notice a change in that for him. We have noticed that certain rashes would increase temporarily on him during the cleanse but it has cleared or diminished some long-standing problem areas. My husband has had trouble with viruses that have contributed to his woes, like West Nile and Lyme, and Epstein-Barr so any gains we get are a victory. I think you will benefit from a colon cleanse program.
I will also mention that a good friend of mine who suffered from adult acne had good success on MSM, a nutritional sulphur. Sulphur is good for skin, hair and nails. It is readily available and often combined with glucosamine and/or chondroitin for joint health. Hope this helps!
I started the Colonix program about 9 days ago. The first few days went well….going 2x times a day. Now I’m feeling very constipated, bloated, and gassy. Went once today, but not much came out, and I had to strain a bit (which is unusual for me). I was regular before beginning this. I am using 1 scoop of the fiber and steeping the tea for 10 minutes. Any suggestions as to what I should do? Discontinue….increase tea steeping….increase fiber….decrease fiber???? Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!
For those who mentioned Quackwatch, please realise that website is a complete fraud with the only goal being protecting the drug industry, not a single word from quackwatch is true, I burst out laughing when I read “Americains are the healthiest, live longest and have access to the most healthful food”, come on! anyone who beleives that is an idiot, the US is the most diseased country of the developped world, they have the shortest life span, and by far the most toxic food supply. They even say detoxification is worthless, how stupid do you have to be to beleive that? If you want the truth, just beleive the opposite of everything quackwatch calls fraud, they even say vitamin B17/laetrile for cancer treatment is a fraud when it has an 80-90% cure rate (VS. chemotherapy’s pathetic 3% cure rate and terrible side effects, and of course, quackwatch will try to make you beleive chemo is an effective cancer treatment, when nothing at all would be better).
Only idiots beleive a word from quackwatch or any conventional doctor, the only real doctors are naturopaths.
Read more true health info on http://www.newstarget.com
About the person with constipation, you need to eliminate/dramatically reduce animal prodcuts in your diet (the human body is made to be vegetarian, all animal products cause deadly diseases over time like cancers and heart disease).
You need to increase your intake of fruits/veggies and other fiber rich foods.
Finally, go see a naturopath, they’ll get you “fixed” in no time. Convetional doctors are worthless, they are only thought drugs and surgery, none of which can cure any disease and they are both only “band aid” solutions. I used to have crohns disease whjcih i was fooled into thinking was incurable and that I needed daily low dose chemotherapy drugs, for 6 years I fell for it like an idiot, then realized the cure was well documented in the 1950s: eliminate sugar, dairy and grains from the diet (and a few other things) and the “incurable” disease dissapears, it’s not a disease at all, it’s a reaction to “foods” that are incompatible with the human body, the only foods compatible with the human body are: fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and plants, anythign else causes diseases to develop.
Remember, stay far away from the edvice of conventional doctors, conventional “medicine” is the #1 cause of death, equal to Sept 11th occuring once PER HOUR, do you really want to place your life in the hands of these mass-murderers/terrorists? I don’t think so.
To Brianne,
If you haven’t done anything different, I would suspect you may be experiencing a detox reaction. A week into the Colonix program I passed a large mucoid placque. Prior I had been bloated and had mild cramping. Do make sure you are drinking sufficient water. Hang in there!
Thanks Laura! I’m glad I stuck it out. Things are going much better now. I guess it was just a detox reaction!
Glad I could help!
I give you ladies alot of credit for doing a parasite, colon cleanse. It takes guts knowing you could be passing out strange creatures. ewwwwwwwww I was placed on antibiotics for 5 months, and then started having numerous problems, itchy skin, anxiety, depression, white cheeks in my mouth with ulcers, sinus problems, all of which I did not have before, and was actually a pretty healthy guy. Went from dr to dr and nobody could figure it out, and just gave me more
antibiotics, now after self diagnosis and the spit test, I now know I have systemic candida which I read usually also comes with parasites. I;ve now been sick for almost 9 months with no activity or work, depressing in itself and really need to get better, but finances are a problem. A friend ordered 3 months of colonix for me, but I am terrified to take it. funny coming from a guy who used to be a around bears alot and fought forest fires, guess its the elephant , mouse syndrome. lol
So i have cut off all sugar, carbs, dairy, feel very weak and am constipated now. (die off perhaps) But am afraid to start this product because of more die off and seeing parasites, especially, roundworms or tapeworms. I also don’t know if this will rid me of this systemic candida? Though all the herbs are knwn for that. Any help would be appreciated.
pitbullgonenuts@yahoo.com jim
Wait.. What exactly are you doing/taking to get rid of the waste?
Jim,
Start your Colonix now! Also, a good probiotic to replace all the good bacteria in your gut that was destroyed by the antibiotics.
Since sugar feeds yeast and you are trying to avoid it you are likely feeling a big die-off effect. Candida would create an opportunistic situation if you have parasites. All the more reason to try the cleanse.
It sounds like you’ve had reasonably good health until the past year so if you can gain some balance your body has a good chance to repair itself.
Hydrate your system and get rest. You may feel flu-like some days on the cleanse but it should be short-term. Most parasites are microscopic and the action of the herbs should kill them before they are passed but you likely wouldn’t see them unless you’re brave enough to check! But please, please, please try your Colonix since you have it, at least for a month. If you have any questions or concerns you can call the DrNatura company for additional info. (1-800-877-0414)
Wishing you health and wellness.
Thank you for your considerate comment Laura!
Yes I was in perfect health prior to the broad spectrum
antibiotics given for a infection, never got sick at all.
Was a firefighter and in great shape. Then all of a sudden
didn’t feel well, got panic attacks, anxiety, depression, pale skin, low blood pressure, body pains, constipation, pain in stomach, now full blown food alergies. Sinus problems.
I have cut sugar, bread, fruit, dairy, and get frustrated because
of the conflicting diets I find on the web, I feel like there is nothing I can eat now. I was using Candex for awhile that helped some, but gave me bad stomach pain, use primal defense, parazyme, zinc, selenium, Q10, calcium, borage oil, antioxidant, too many pills and no real diet and when to take them gets confusing, I need a mother. lol I read too may testimonies on the Natura site and freaked myself out.
Yes severe flu like symptoms from change in diet or should I say lack of diet and really am reluctant to feel the full force
of die off from Paranil as I kill them, just feel very weak now.
I have been searching the web for others who have had the candida clear from this product but have not found any yet.
I will of course use the product, but am trying to find a real diet, some testimony from other candida sufferers to aid in
giving me a boost. Thanks again for being so sweet.
Jim, I too was extremely freaked out about everything I read on DrNatura.com, to the point where I couldn’t sleep well at night just thinking about the creatures lurking inside me… but in reality, it’s no big deal at all. Laura is right when she said that you probably won’t notice anything unless you inspect. I never inspected anything; I just don’t have the stomach for that! LOL!
I did notice some stuff during casual glances that seemed to be parasites… but I certainly didn’t go scooping them out of the toilet to investigate. The less I knew, the better. But I DO know that I did have parasites because some of the descriptions on the website matched what I was seeing just by glancing.
What really helped me is to know, based upon some research I did, that parasites are not expelled still alive. They’re all dead before they come out. Knowing that they were dead and not alive helped me immensely to not freak out.
AN UPDATE:
For everyone else who may be following along, I just completed my 2nd month on Colonix. I’ve decided not to continue with a 3rd month at this time even though I already have the kit. I think I’ll save it and do it next year.
I didn’t lose any weight, which was surprising. I’m pretty much at my comfortable weight anyway, but I expected to lose at least 2 lbs. because I’m working out as usual and eating fairly healthy. No such luck for me.
I think I passed parasites the first couple weeks of the 1st month and the first couple weeks of the 2nd month. I also think I’ve been passing mucoid plaque, which increased in the second month.
The chronic patch of eczema on my hands cleared up completely within 2 days of starting the program. Otherwise, I don’t feel much different at all.
I’m going off it for a while so that I can resolve some other medical issues I’m having (i.e. mid-cycle spotting and cramping). I need to track the cramping and make sure it is indeed my uterus and not my intestines from the Kleritea.
So there you have it. I didn’t experience any profound effects from the cleanse but I am glad to have removed the parasites and most (?) of the mucoid plaque.
Thank you Lori:)
Jim,
My husband has been diagnosed with CFS for many years and that has taken us on a long journey of exploration of causes. One link was through a book called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the Yeast Connection.
He tried to follow dietary recommendations which gave some help but seemed difficult for him to maintain. Some symptoms commonly linked with yeast include rashes, nail fungus, athlete’s foot, jock itch, rectal itching, etc., things that have plagued him to varying degrees through the years. He has seen a huge improvement on the cleanse with those symptoms although there were days when he had a temporary increase in those symptoms. General body aches have improved, too.
A little off the subject, recently the product, triclosan, has been brought to my attention. It is found in a number of products including many toothpastes, antibacterial soaps, etc. Some people have had severe reactions to the product which is listed as a pesticide with EPA. I have change my softsoap from the antibacterial to regular and checked my toothpaste and other daily products. If it’s in any of those products, it’s listed as an active ingredient. So if you haven’t heard about it, do a internet search. It surprised me the potential harm it can do especially if mixed with clorinated water. I mentioned it because some symptoms people experienced included severe stomach upset, dizziness, loss of balance, short-term memory loss, difficulty walking, talking and with the toothpaste, mouth sores. Who would guess all that from brushing your teeth!

I was curious I just received my cleanse with the toxinout and I am starting in the morning I was curious if anyone could explain to me if the fiber drink tastes bad I am kinda concerned about this any info will help.
Fiber seems much more palatable with juice. My husband gulps it down in water but I can’t stand it that way. Orange or apple juice helps me get it down easily.
Thank You I mixed it with warm grape juice, I’m on my third day just waitng
Laura do you work for Dr. Natura??
I just got my colonix in today. I will be starting the program tomorrow morning. I really hope it works.
Well I have started by colonix thanks to a bit of coaching.
I am on day 3. I have not been able to use the bathroom without the aid of a supository which has me very frustrated, as I have candida and need to expel the toxins. I am having really big die off effect. I don’t understand why I can’t go, been drinking the tea, drinking water, eating only fish, chicken, veggies. wow! Does anyone else with candida get the nervous, jitters, anxiety?
I don’t, although perhaps I should! I found this blog because I, like many others, were looking for info on the product outside their website.
I learned of it because a friend with MS had felt so much better taking it just for a month. I also discovered a couple of my clients had used the product.
I’m a massage therapist in Nebraska. I’ve always had an interest in alternative care and this products fits the bill. Not that it gives everyone the same results but most feel like they have benefited.
We’ve spent a lot over the years on many supplements that we couldn’t tell made much difference, so I was pleased to feel the effects of this product and know it was doing something.
Hope the product works for you!
Anyone know why the instructions say not to microwave the water for the tea? I don’t understand the negative affect this could have? Thanks.
Microwaves take away the nutrients from things. That why you should boil.
Hello again!
Jim, I had a similar experience. I called Dr. Natura and they said to increase the steep time of the Kleritea. I did and had relief by the 4th day. I have a question about your Candida. Are you taking any products for this? I have a particularly stubborn case of Candida and need some pointers.
Wow, that’s good to know about triclosan. I’ve been purchasing anti-bacterial soaps for a few months now. Ugh! I don’t know if Crest regular has it… but I just bought some organic Tom’s of Maine toothpaste a few days ago and will switch to that when the Crest is gone.
Okay, I think I’m going to continue on with the third and final month of Colonix. Since finishing my second month, I notice I still have a sluggish colon. Ack! Hopefully another month will take care of this problem.
I saw my Gyn on Monday. She removed my IUD and gave me some antibiotics in case of possible infection. I am on day 3 of a 5-day course. I hate being on even more antibiotics. This is my 6th course of antibiotics since January!
Will it ever end?
hello Lori, I was using Candex which really seemed to help
a great deal, but did that before my diet change so I was defeating myself, but still it made a great difference when I did the spit test over, the concentrations were much less.
But they say the steps are diet, colon cleanse, liver flush, and then replacing good bacteria in large numbers in probiotics.
So that is what I am trying to do with colonix. I just have been really constipated, I don’t know if its because of the dead yeast clogging things up, or from the enzymes, probiotics and vitamin supplements, or just my chicken, fish, veggie diet?
The diet is the worst part, since every web page is different as far as allowed foods, fruit, no fruit………. gets very frustrating
and may also be a constipation cause. Candex is very good though if your on the proper diet. Just don’t know if I can take that with all the herbs in colonix.
Hey all, I started on tuesday. Has anyone experienced and skin pimples/bumps on their body? I am trying to figure out if they are from the colonix or not. I have tiny bumps showing up sporadically on my arms and a couple on my fingers. Anyone else experience this? I think I may just call Dr.Natura. Thanks
Just got off the phone with Customer Service. Supposedly this is the paranil working. We’ll see what happens.
Jim, I was given pamphlets about Candex last time I was in the health food store. I am considering trying that. Thanks for the info!
Rob, I didn’t have that reaction but I know they say that skin irritations can be a sign of detoxification. I think it’s a good sign!
Of the people here, who has tried Toxinout? I am considering ordering a month’s supply. I was considering Dr. Hulda’s liver cleanse (you use a epsom salt/olive oil/grapefruit juice concoction) but don’t think it will work for me for logistical reasons because I have a demanding 2 year old and it requires a very strict schedule as well as a day of rest the day after. This is almost impossible for me so there goes that idea.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
hello all, I Have found some helpful info concerning
anyone having constipation problems using colonix or in
general, senna is not very good for you and did not help me at all. Plus die off was a problem . well a simple herb thats
very good for you has helped me with both, Bayberry bark
at your hebal store, make a tea, very gentle, no side affects.
Rob yes I had the rashes and bumps too after starting, I use
tea tree oil soap and that helps aot with rashes, skin candida,
and itching. Lori yes Candex is good , but do start out slow
please with the pills, they can give you stomach pain if
you take too many to fast, but they are great. Still not seeing any worms or bigger movements today was day 7.
Jim,
Sorry to hear you had trouble with the tea. Most people seem to like it and generally senna has a laxative effect.
Are you feeling any different with the cleanse? Better, worse, changes in food cravings, etc?
Hello All,
My colonix is on its way but in the meantime I’ve read things about how the kleritea has given some people heart beats. Do you have any info on that? Have you had any similar reaction to the tea?
Many thanks!
I’ve been using the colonix for 3 weeks now and I feel great I have actually dropped 15 lbs and 1 inch off of my waist I’m no longer in pain or feel like I have eaten an elephant it’s nice when I go now at least 2 times a day no funky rope like objects though but definetly going to continue.
Well I must say I had to stop using Colonix, and will be sending the final 2 months back for refund. I did not have
very good results with the fibre and regardless of what I did,
it made me more constipated, the tea regardless of how long steeped did not produce results. The Paranil gave me very bad reactions and caused very bad skin reactions as well, without
producing any Candida or Parasites. My mother is using the
Product Paragone and has already passed bowl full’s of parasites through urine and feces without much die off.
I use now a product called H2go by Lane labs and have had solid large movements every day which is important for removing toxins. For my Candida I am using Candex and am having better results and very little die off, as wel as using supplements of vitamins and minerals. I also bought a product
called Colosan and will be cleaning my colon and intestines
using magnesium and oxygen. Fiber does not clean the whole
intestines only the lower one, Candida likes to hide in the
section where the large meets the small and Candida finds
it hard to live in oxygen rich area’s, I will be moving next week
and then will start the Paragone as well. But for anybody who really needs help with constipation, nothing beats the H2go
by Lane labs very gentle and you move out a large amount
of waste without a laxitive. This is just my personal expirience
and the changes and products that have worked for me.
God bless!
Thanks for sharing your experience . . . the good, bad and the ugly. It’s one advantage of “testimonials” outside any company’s page because people can read first hand the diverse reactions to the products discussed.
As with most things, one approach does not fit all. However, it does prepare people for a variety of potential responses and other possible alternatives especially when it creates an intense overload on the body.
Wish you well Jim, and hope the products you’re using will get you on the road to regain your health.
April, I might be slightly jealous! My husband also lost about 15 pounds. I lost some but more importantly, I breezed through hay fever season for a change. We’re continuing with the fiber. It seems to agree with our systems and I’ve avoided getting sick after traveling, especially when in a large crowd. So it’s been a boon for us!
David, I’ve not heard of anyone having the trouble with extra heartbeats on the tea. Hope you have good results with the product!
I just ordered Colonex and it should be here any day. I am trying to get rid of my acne at 25 yrs. old, and this is my last resort after trying everything under the sun! I have very sensitive skin and wondering if using Colonex will cause flare up on my skin or not? Has anybody had a succes story with using this product to clear up their skin?
Wow, thanks for an interesting blog. Like other folks, I was looking for reviews outside the Dr. Nutura website. Thanks for taking the time to document your experience with such detail.
I was using Dual Action Cleanser and was not so thrilled with the results. This is more expensive but I think I will give it a try.
Thanks again for taking the time to document your results.
Hey Lauren, have you tried Metrogel? I had acne for years and this product was the only one that worked.
Lauren, you may experience a temporary flare in your skin. Some people detox more through the skin than others. I don’t have acne but noticed a slight change as I detoxed but it didn’t last long. My husband who suffers with chronic rashes has seen some improvement but periodically through the cleanse time he would get terrible itching and one of the rashes appeared to move lower on his leg. I don’t know how typical his reaction was because he has dealt with viruses that may be reacting to the product. Let us know how it works for you.
Thanks for the feedback. I will post some results when I receive the product.
Just wondering if anyone on the Colonex program has drank alcohol? The holidays are coming up and I was wondering if I should wait to start until after that.
Hi,
I have been carefully reading every posting here because for al ong time I have been thinknig about doing some type of colon cleansing, but i’m scared. It is sort of a “if it ain’t broke, why fix it” type of thing. Laura, you seem very knowledgable about this topic. Have you ever read any major disadvantages of doing this? The latest posting from Lauren , also raises an interesting point. i’m afraid if i will have ot change my diet/lifestyle if I get started on this program, whether with colonix or any toher one. In fact, choosing the product in itself is an overwhelming experience with so many choices out there and that’s how I came across this website/postings. Anyhow, I’d apprecaite anyone’s opinion (other than what has already been said) o nthe matter. I also watched those pictures i nthe colonix website and i nfact scared me even more. Not sure if what is going to “come out” of me is in fact supposed to come out, you know? Then, also someone raised the question about “good bacteria”. Are these being expelled/killed as well when using this product? Thank you for reading!
The Colonix program doesn’t demand major dietary modifications. They do recommend avoiding or minimizing red meats, refined and canned foods, sugar salt, coffee, alcohol, and nicotine while cleansing. That pretty much covers the western diet! These things often contribute to toxicity of the body so avoiding or reducing them would give the body an opportunity to focus on balancing itself and maximize the benefits. They favor adding organic fruits, vegetable, nuts, beans and whole grains.
However, we didn’t make any major changes while on the product. We found we craved and used less coffee and sugar and red meat. We drink very limitedly, so I don’t know if we can offer a fair assessment from that angle but moderation can often be a good barometer. We experienced obvious results without a lot of changes. I’m not saying that was the wisest choice on our part but I felt it was still worthwhile to do and will do follow-up maintenance. We have continued taking the fiber.
The down side to cleansing is that everyone will vary in detox reactions. Some people report spending more time in the bathroom due to releasing the accumulated build-up from their guts. Others have loose stools. I’m guessing a possible detox effect from die-off of parasites or possibly being sensitve to certain herbs. One friend found the product served her well for about a week or so and then she began feeling emotionally unstable on the regiment and stopped. In consulting with a naturopath, he felt it was too intense for her system so she discontinued it. Many of us have other health issues we bring to the table, so it calls for common sense and reading the body’s signals.
Because so many people have gut issues, probiotics are a good support along with enzymes. As we age, take antibiotics, deal with stress, it tends to rob the gut of the good bacteria and needed enzymes to aid digestion.
Several years ago I was treated for H. Pylori, a stomach bacteria and was told I would have to take Prilosec for the rest of my life. I challenged that statement and did research to understand what was going on with the digestive system and what it needed to heal and repair itself. The probiotic and enzyme supplements aided that process. It took time but I’m doing well. I’m not suggesting that that is the full answer but I prefer to explore options to stuffing medicine in my body indefinitely. Don’t mask the problem, try and heal it.
Good day everyone!
I am considering purchasing the product, however, little here wa said about Toxinout.
Is it worth purchasing?
Thank you.
I haven’t used the toxinout although some of my clients have ordered it and used it. Since this was there first experience with both the Colonix and Toxinout they have no frame of reference but seemed satisfied with the products.
Toxinout wasn’t available when we did our initial cleanse. I personally want to try it. I think it’s a good idea. I’m particularly interested in the heavy metal detox. I’ve had exposure to mercury through dental fillings and printing inks – sources I’m aware of. The other products make sense because it’s a probiotic and additional nutrients designed to replenish good bacteria and give the body additional support through antioxidants. The bundle of products seem a good value.
All, I cannot begin to thank you for the feedback on this product. I am very much on the fence with purchasing this due to what I have seen on the website. I am not one that examines my poo on a regular basis, and plan on continuning that moto. I am concerned about starting until after the new year due to me possibly not being able to stay true to this through the holidays. I will be out of town and at people’s homes visiting and Ido not want to be in the “can” every night.
I do have a concern about the parasites, even though I knew they have been there for a while. I am not doing this for the weight loss, but strictly doing this to promote good health in my body. I work with a guy who has had constipation problems for a long time and recently was in the hospital having colon issues and now requires surgery to have it removed. I do not want to experience this in the future. I also have a friend that was diagnosed with Diverticulitis and needs to stay away from seeds, corn, nuts, etc. I want to try to avoid that also going forward.
I am currently doing the GNC full body cleasne which is 7 days and I am feeling pretty good. I have the flu-like symptoms that some people mentioned here with the stuff I am taking now, but it is tolerable. For those of you that are curious, ther is a link on the Drnatura website that allows you to e-mail some of the folks that have left testimonials. I sent e-mails to 3 of them and they all responded. They each told me different things about the Colonix (chenging diet, etc…) but they answered my questions truthfully. They are not being paid. I was concerened about being able to drink alchohol with the Colonix and I was told that I should have no problems.
I think I will try the 1 month first and then if things go well move into the 2nd month instead of going all in for 3 months.
last questions I have.
1. Is there any place besides their website that I can buy this Colonix?
2. Did anyone contact their Doctor and ask them if they thought this was the right cleansing program for them prior to starting it?
Thanks again for everyone’s feedback. It has been very helpful to me.
I’ve just set up a forum where we can continue discussing colon cleansing products and experiences. You can register here:
Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows what the difference is between a colon hydrotherapy treatment versus a colon cleansing program such as colonix. Is one more beneficial than the other? How? If anyone can offer any answers it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Hi. I spontaneously bought Colonix today on the internet – spent $150. And after reading about the product, frankly i’m worried that it is a total hoax.
But my concern is not primarily if it will be effective in what it claims…it’s more that it will do serious or even mild damage to my digestive system. I’ve dealt with stomach pain after inadvertantly ingesting something harmful. It only lasted a couple weeks but it makes me think about this issue. Anyone hear of lasting negative effects of this product?
I’m taking it because of skin and bloating problems, and a general desire to be healthy and not have harmful parasites in me. But I feel like I’m being driven to purchase something out of fear and shock tactics….like the photos on the dr natura website…!
i’m also really scared about uncomfortable bowel movements. daily life is hard enough without this problem. will i need to go at a moments notice? i have so many questions, but i’ve spent the money and now i have to decide whether or not to take it (if i do it will be after the holidays).
i feel like i’m making some healthy changes in my life and this might be a good next step, but i’m undecided.
any input is appreciated, including that which i’ve already read on this site.
As a preface my girlfriend is pressuring me into buying this product after she watched an infomercial. While I have gone along with buying her an army’s worth of laxatives, fiber, and other “poop products” as I have dubbed them this one is giving me pause for a few reasons.
Strike one, the company actually ran an informercial which throughout history have provided anything but valid information.
Strike two, their website has a plethora of sales jargon and hyped up information while not breathing a word of any negative effects which are evident in all unnatural additives to your body. By unnatural I mean a new chemical element which is introduced in large doses or that changes your chemical balance.
Strike three, I have yet to find any research which proves this product does anything more than eating healthy well balanced meals and regular excercise would do.
Strike four, no long term effects could possibly be discovered as it is being distributed without an FDA approval. In the past these rushed-to-market products have had serious negative repercussions.
Call me a skeptic but having always been healthy I believe turning to drugs is never the best solution to your health problems. Your health did not degrade suddenly overnight it took years of abuse, bad habits, and other numerous factors. It will take as many years, if not more, of constant effort to repair the damage.
In conlusion, this looks like another heavily marketed quick fix to a long term problem. Save your money, save your time, save your health, evaluate things you can improve in your daily life.
After the last hour of personal research I will NOT buy this product. You make your own decisions, I’m a programmer not a doctor but I encourage you to think for yourself.
Marge,
The difference between a colon cleanse product and a colon hydrotherapy treatment is that the first is administered orally and the latter rectally. A hydrotherapy treatment is more extensive than an enema administered at home but often takes a few sessions to get the most benefit. Some people feel better right away, others may have detox effects much like the colon cleanse.
While some on this blog may debunk the products, there are many of us that have seen and felt tangible good results, kind of a kick start for our system.
Yes, eating sensibly and exercising are certainly common sense paths to wellness but it’s not always enough. Aside from poor choices in those areas, people often contend with long-term stress and other compromises of their body systems whether genetic predisposition or nutritional deficiencies and/or viral loads.
I’ve seen many a client in my office suffering the ill-effects of FDA-approved meds that get pulled off the market.
The cleanse isn’t the answer for everyone but it has been a boon to many even those who considered themselves healthy. My energy is up and my cholesterol is down. I have no regrets.
Laura,
You have offered balanced, practical and unbiased information for the responders and I also agree that traditional medicine is really and truly a last resort not the first choice. I am 52 and have been through multiple health issues which to be honest started with the pill and candida reaction and moved on to chronic sinus and kidney/bladder infections.
In my (in this respect) misspent youth i was on and off antibiotics for these issues pretty constantly and was finally put on a ‘preventitive’ or prophylactic dose of antibiotic for the bladder infections. I am pretty certain that overall, candida is a large part of the problem for me, however i also had many ’silver’ (re mercury) fillings from childhood on and in the end got to 40 not able to walk up one flight of stairs.
I am my sole support and must make a living so obviously this situation had to be addressed. I have adventured through many many alternative options and have found some to be very effective and some not to. Even if they don’t work, it does not mean that the product or solution was unsound, simply that it didn’t work for me and my particular combination of issues at that time.
I removed all my mercury fillings and root canals, and after detox showed a vast improvement in overall energy and health. I continue to have chronic sinus problems, so I am open to continuing investigation on more alternative options.
The real cause of chronic problems is usually multi level, and in the end all any of us can do is to eliminate the obvious bad influences like processed foods, drugs, toxic water (yes even in my new and wonderfully aware hometown of Hopewell NJ lurks prior TCE pollution in the public and well water) and yes, mercury fillings, and do our best to cleanse our bodies safely.
I will be taking two weeks vacation at the end of December and intend to start this product then to provide optimal conditions for success (diet, rest, etc).
Thanks again for all your input above…
Thanks for your kind words, Nancy. It sounds like you’ve had a full journey with health issues.
I’m interested in knowing more about your removal of amalgams. You might consider opening a discussion on the new colon cleanse forum. There is a place for other topics not directly related to the cleanse but of interest to many of us who face similar dilemmas.
http://www.coloncleansingforum.com
Additionally, it would be a great place to report your reactions to the product. I don’t know what it will do for you but I found it helped with my chronic sinus drainage.
Have a great vacation! Laura
Laura,
I managed to create a membership on the link you posted above, with some information on mercury amalgam removal and root canal issues.. please see that post on that site. I could also probably give you references to some books and websites for the topic..
As with every holiday, I seemed to eat too much at Christmas and have felt horrible. I got online and read about colonix and 3 days ago thought I would give it a try. I am someone who for years only goes to the bathroom about 2-3 times a week. My husband was sceptical of colonix and thought it was a waste of money…
However, yesterday, day two, I went 3 times and felt great…I even woke up bright and early this morning, which is rare. Last night my husband said, maybe I should try the parasite herbs! Hey, we are making progress here.
I would say to others…try this product, or other products just do something different to increase your health. I am sure other products work as well as I find it hard to believe that colonix has the only secret to cleaning out our colon. But so far, this is a good experience and I appreciate going to the bathroom several times a day.
I DO NOT believe that western doctors have the answer, however. When I went to the doctor this past year to get help with this, I was given pills to mask the symptoms. Also, drug companies have no incentive to prove in herbs work because that is not where the big dollars are.
I have read all of the postings here, and I have to say I am still up in the air about buying this product. The web site totally freaked me out about what is inside of me. I am very skeptical about things on the internet. Anyone can type things on here and say they are true. I also looked up using bezonite clay and psyllium for colon cleansing and detoxifing, and it would be a lot cheaper. So any more answers or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Ive only been on the Colonix program for 4 days. I feel like crap. The first 2 days I was crapping lettuce… or at least it appeared as left over lettuce. Then yesterday was horrible ![]()
What appeared to look like rice was really maggots or worms of some sort. Today there was real nasty stuff. I dont like having to do “the deed” to begin with. I go regularly every morning and I wait to get into the shower each morning till Im busting to go and then Im done for the day….. With Colonix Im going a 3 to 4 times a day and my butt hole feels nasty. Its like I can feel all that nasty stuff sitting there at the bottom of my bowels just dying to get out. And its feels nasty coming out too….. Im not a health freak but I do eat healty in comparison to most typical Americans today. Im 5′4″ 135 pounds. Im 20 pounds over weight (by my standards) but am in no way fat. I dont do soda becuase it makes me bloated and burp. I gave up red meat for about 4 months when I went on a diet 12 years ago and when I tried to eat a hamburger after that I had terrible pain when my body tried to digest it…. so I gave up red meat for the most part. My normal diet consists of chicken, fish, shell fish, sushi, seaweed, salads, Vegetable soups, certain vegetables, some bread, all dairy products (Im a cheese monster), cereals, juices, ades and teas….. I really thought that over all my colon would be fairly clean…. I was wrong…. Ive been thinking like the skeptics above and questioning if this product creates this nasty crap thats coming out of my arse ! The website says these parasites live for for approx 2 months and then eventually leave the body up to 6 months after dying. So how come this nasty kind of stuff has never left my body before ?!?! Ive been peeking at my crap for my whole life. Its human nature for one to look at thier dump in the toilet. So Wouldnt you see something like that come out at some point in your life !?!?. I dont know… Im not an expert. My boyfriend and I are bonding as we do this program together ( Hes the one who got me to do it with him). You can imagine the conversation at the dinner table LOL. Im actually losing my appetite and only eating because Im starving…. thats how grossed out I am by whats happening.
Now… Heres is what I really have to say about Colonix….. Nasty Nasty Nasty stuff is going to come out of your arse that you never imagined….. Me… I feel like crap… Im bloated…. I feel sick…. I feel dirty and nasty…..I can feel the nasty stuff in me… just churning in my bowels….. My energy levels are not changing….. I want all this nasty stuff out of me!!!! I want it to stop… but….. Once you start you cant stop
Im really hoping that since this is only my first week that maybe all of this will subside over the next few weeks. I am so afraid of the mucus string and those silver hook worm thingys. Yuck. Ill keep you posted…
P.S. If you havent figured out that Im a little JAPPY yet… now ya know. Its always so refreshing to talk about your anal excretions. Lol
Hi everyone,
I started using colonix 2 weeks ago I did not feel any different. i have used different cleansing product over the years they all feel the same to me. The last cleansing I used was Dual action I did lost weight on it but did not feel any different. I have a co worker using Colonix with me and he told me is energy level has gone up and he is feeling better. I think it works differently for everyone. I will stick it for the next 2 more weeks and update you guyz on the result.
I am on my second week in the colonix toxinout cleanse. I have noticed I feel like I am starving and am eating way too much. Did anyone else have this reaction. I am trying to lose weight for a vacation but I can’t seem to control my eating. I was doing great until I started the cleanse . Whats weird is I have lost 6 lbs but I can only imagine how much I could lose If I didn’t feel like I was starving all the time!
Hello,
I saw the Colonix website and was very skeptical on if I should try this product out. Well, I have ordered it today so it should arrive within 2 days hopefully. I will keep all of you updated. I just want to have more energy and not feel bloated all the time, plus I would like to lose at least 15 pounds. I have seen some positive reviews on this product and I bought the product on the site $88 just because if it does not work you can get a refund. Wish me luck, I work in an office with 30 other women and only one restroom.. Watch out now. lol.
Hi, it looks like Colonix is the best colon cleanser but I ‘d like to know if I should order the Toxinout program as well and if it’s the best out there. For years my endocrinologist put me on high dosages of Premarin (ten times the amount of genetic females take on HRT), after reading how bad it is (made of mares urine and higly toxic) I switched to another doctor who put me on estradiol injections. I thought I might want to get rid of toxins, years of HRT led me to chronic fatigue and depression, I wonder if detoxifying would help since it ’s not like I want to decrease my female hormones intake (they make me look like a good ten years younger than genetic females my age, I ‘m 40 and men think I ‘m 28-30 at the most).
