Dr. Natura Colonix Program Review – Day 39

39 days into my review of the Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleansing program and there really isn’t much to report for today. I had a normal bowel movement this morning after waking up and another one this afternoon. Nothing outlandish to report back on.

Here is a picture of the products that are included in the Colonix intestinal cleansing program pack that I’m taking:

Colonix Colon Cleansing Kit

As you can see, there are 3 parts to the basic system. The Colonix fiber supplement drink, Paranil, and KleriTea. The program comes packaged in a box complete with an instructional booklet.

Hi,
My name is Alli, and I’m so confused with what to do. i have this sort-of problem, I’ve already been to the doctors for a colonoskapy (im not sure if thats spelled right) and there really is nothing wrong but i just can’t poop. Usually when i do, it hurts ALOT, and I bleed. It really hasn’t gone away and I’m too scared to tell my parents about it because they just paid off the doctors visit, which wasn’t cheep, but i feel like that was a waste of time and money. I have no idea whats going on with my body, Im 20 and I take fiber pills, which make me gassy bloated and bring discomfort, EVERYDAY just so I can poop a little, if that. This is rediculous, and i need help. What should I do?!?
thanks! Alli.

Hi Alli,

I’m not a doctor and this is not medical advice, but I would try out the Colonix Fiber drink supplement and see if it helps. If I had to guess, I would say that it will make things much better.

You’ll take one scoop in the morning in a glass of water and you’ll have to up your intake of water to 6 or 8 glasses per day.

Alli: You need to tell your parents. Yes, they paid a lot of money, but they would be devasted if something happened to you. They love you……and you are much, much more important to them than money. If you bleed when you have a bowel movement….something is wrong. Go to your parents…. OK? (smile)

DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!

Even with Fiber, fiber drinks, etc…if you do not have enough WATER, your body WILL NOT FUNCTION. # 1 CAUSE OF CONSTIPATION AND MOST OTHER AILMENTS….DEHYDRATION & LACK OF WATER!!!!
AND YES….TELL YOUR PARENTS!!!!

Hey Alli,

Just imagine! You seem to have a severe bowel-movement problem at only 20 years old. It appears that a drastic change will be needed in order to re-set your body and put it on track–IN ORDER TO AVOID A LIFETIME OF MISERY.

One of the really awful side effects of poor bowel movements is call auto intoxication. This condition is when the body is poisoned by the rotting materials in the colon that may seep THROUGH the intestinal walls into the bloodstream. And isn’t it true that the worse we feel, the less we may feel like taking action to put a stop to the things that actually make us feel poorly in the first place. Before you feel any worse, Alli, you need to get the right information about these body processes and APPLY IT. It is a basic lack of health education that has brought you to this point, and you need to–AND ONLY YOU CAN DO THIS–TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO LEARN ABOUT YOUR INTESTINAL HEALTH–in order to take all the right steps toward a more “regular” life.

Curiosity leads to discovery. Discovery brings revelation and choice–to act or not upon a newly-acquired knowledge. But if you do choose (and I hope you will) to really learn and apply your mind to recovering from ill health, I promise you that you will NEVER wish to return to the old eating habits (and possibly medications) that most likely have resulted in the situation through which you have suffered and will continue to suffer until such time as you truly desire change.

Your entry into this column indicates that you have really begun to seek a true answer the real-life drama you are living. It is a matter of life and death–what you are going through. It merits your concern, enough so that you might GO TO A HEALTH FOOD STORE and choose some books on your condition and learn about how you can use this cleansing in a greater, over-all strategy to regain your health WHILE YOU STILL HAVE YOUR YOUTH. That choice is up to you.

I’ve been suffering from constipation i could say thrughout my whole life, now i have skin breaks, rashes that come & go, i feel tired allllll the time & often i’m very sleepy too. After doing a research in the web about body detox (never heard of it before), I found Dr. Natura & his “infamous” Colonix, I wanna give it a try, but i still have some doubts, in their website everything i read seems to be too good to be true, that’s why i’ve been trying to get in touch with real life people like you, i hope you can help me, now i would like to ask you 2 things: 1) I work in an office I’m a secretary so i want to know if will i feel like rushing to the restroom or If i can ” hold it ” for a few minutes?. 2) I would really like to know what happens when you stop using the colonix, will you have better bowel movements or will you be back to be you old self?? i’m sorry for my english i hope i’m expressing myself in an understandable way…
Thanks
“DEE”

Hey Alli, I am 19 years old, and I have the same problem, minus the bleeding. I have had this problem since I was 5, and too have been to many doctors, I was trying to figure out what else to do. I too am tired of paying doctors big money, to not have any results. I am glad I saw your post, now I don’t feel so alone. I hope everything works out for you. I do understand though because I usually don’t tell my parents, because they sometimes make it out to be my fault. Its ok though because we both do need to get help. Good luck and I hope you find some relief.

Hi Dee:
I have been on the Colonix program for 6 days today. Do not worry about having to rush to the bathroom. The treatment is very gentle. I have not noticed any dramatic thing (like the gross stuff on the Colonix web site). However, I do feel much better. I too have a problem with constipation (I was constipated for 2 weeks when I started), and I have been going every day (gradually increasing amounts). I noticed an almost immediate (50%) improvement on the acid reflux problem due to the constipation. I recomend it to anyone with constipation because I have tryed a lot of stuff and so far this is working.
I will be back in a couple of weeks to report whatever happens.

Hi all,
I’m 37yo and I have to say that my experience on the Dr Natura Colonix program was great! It did exactly what it said it would do. I was on the program for the recommended full 3 months last year and noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in my BMs from the first week on the program. My BMs increased from once a day (mind you little amounts) to what seemed to be endless amounts of waste 2 to 3 times a day. In the first month of being on the program, I had all the stuff shown on the website come out of me. It was pretty disgusting! I pride myself on being pretty healthy, I exercise regularly and watch what I eat so as you can see, I was quite surprised to find this gross brown ‘plastic’ like substance come out of me. I can only assume that this ’stuff’ was stuck to my intestinal walls. By the end of the program, everything seemed to be normal. Now after a year of ‘normal’ BMs (1 or 2 BMs/day), I’m back on the program (1 month this time) just to do a little maintenance. It’s been a week now and the only thing I’ve noticed is that the frequency and volume has increased again….but this time….no plastic like stuff!

I just started the program today, and I have not even drank the tea. I have been to the potty 3 times already. Nothing gross, but I usally go 1 time a day and that is in the AM. I have gone 3 times already, so I pretty amazed.
