I had some stomach cramps this afternoon (nothing major though) and I’m pretty sure it had something to do with the fact that I steeped the bowel detoxification tea for 15 minutes last night.
The cramps gradually got worse until I went to the bathroom, and at that point they went away. They did come back about an hour later, I took another trip to the restroom and they haven’t come back since.
Stools have been pretty normal today, just an increase in quantity and frequency. I haven’t spotted any new mucoid plaque being eliminated yet.
