I’m 15 days into my herbal colon cleansing treatment now and I’m definitely starting to see some results. This morning I had another bowl full of stange looking mucoid plaque.
This was certainly the biggest piece passed yet and was about a foot long.
As far as side effects (both positive and negative) since I’ve been on this colon cleansing program, I can’t say I’ve experienced much. I haven’t really noticed an increase in energy or the ability to think more clearly as some have reported. I have had some very minor cramping and I do feel a little thinner in the waist.
