I steeped my KleriTea herbal drink tonight for 15 minutes again so I’ll see how things go tomorrow. It’s been OK when I’ve done this the last few times, just some minor cramping that went away when I go to the bathroom. Anyway, I’ll report back tomorrow with the day 13 progress.
