Yesterday was my first day off of the herbal tea (for restoring normal bowel function and regularity) and the anti-intestinal parasite supplement. I drank a lot of water yesterday, more than usual actually and this morning when I went to the bathroom I passed a single large and very strange looking stool.
I broke it up and the entire thing came apart and turned out to be a huge strand of mucoid plaque. It didn’t all hold together in one piece however, but it was very large.

Today, I’ll continue to increase my water intake and see if I experience similar results tomorrow.

Today, I begin my break from a few of the supplements in my home colon cleansing treatment. I will continue to drink the Colonix fiber supplement every morning.
I had a bowel movement shortly after waking up today which wasn’t very large, but contained some more strange looking fecal matter.

Since beginning my colon cleanse program, I can honestly say that every trip to the bathroom turns into an exciting adventure…

Day 30 of my Colonix review and everything was normal today. I’m cycling off of the KleriTea and Paranil capsules tomorrow for several days, so I’ll just be taking the fiber supplement drink until the 5th of June or so.
Overall, the first month on the Colonix colon cleansing program was a good experience. I really didn’t find that it interrupted my normal, everyday life at all and I certainly saw some very interesting stools from time to time. I experienced very minimal cramping towards the beginning of the treatment but it always went away immediately when I went to the bathroom. I really don’t have a single Colonix complaint to make, two thumbs up.

No exciting news to report on day 29 of my intestinal cleanse treatment. I had my one and only bowel movement shortly after I woke up this morning and it was normal.
After taking the Colonix colon cleanse program for 30 days, I’m required to take a break for several days from KleriTea (herbal colon cleansing tea) and Paranil (anti-intestinal parasite pills). I’ll still be taking the normal daily dose of the Colonix fiber drink supplement however.

Almost to the end of the first 30 day cycle in my natural colon cleaning treatment and the healthy bowel movements continue. I went to the bathroom shortly after getting up this morning and filled the toilet bowl again. Lots of irregular looking stools including some more mucus in the bowel movement.

I wish I could report having more energy, clearer thinking, slimmer waistline, etc. as others have, but I honestly haven’t seen those benefits. So far, I’ve seen an increase in the amount of bathroom trips I make in a day and the quantity passed during those visits (and the strange stuff I’m passing goes without saying).

Ah, good times are here again.
Day 27 of my bowel cleansing treatment began today and I immediately felt the urge to go to the bathroom. When I got up to go, I had a very small bowel movement but it was odd looking (too small though to really photograph). I finished up and went about my business.
10 minutes later I felt the need to go again and this time it was a stronger sensation. I literally had a bowl full of stools on this trip and a good bit of mucus-textured mucoid plaque.

On day 26 of my natural colon clean treatment and not much happening. I have to be honest. After seeing some of the crazy looking stuff that has shown up in my stools over the past few weeks, I’m definitely disappointed when there’s nothing exciting to report. Crazy, I know…
Anyway, I’m getting pretty close to the end of month 1 of my Colonix experiment and I really haven’t noticed any side effects or changes in the way I feel. So far, the only things that I’ve really taken note of is the strange mucus that occasionally shows up, and the frequency and size of my daily bowel movements.

Nothing much to report here today on day 25 of my colon cleanse treatment. Had a normal trip to the bathroom this morning, nothing unusual.
On a sidenote, I’m going to make some pretty major changes to my diet shortly. I’ve been eating poorly and it’s a good time to improve my habits in that area. Much of my diet is fatty foods, sugar, etc.

Day 24 of my colon cleansing kit review begins and I had another rather large bowel movement this morning about 30 minutes after waking up. Nothing strange looking, just a large quantity.
Yesterday, I mentioned an additional Colonix product that isn’t included in the kit that I bought. Another one is called Digestaid which contains natural plant enzymes that aid in the digestion of food. It is also reported to help with bloating, gas, heartburn, indigestion, flatulence, fatigue, irritability, and more.
Here is a list of ingredients found in the Digestaid product:
- Protease
- Acid-Stable Protease
- Amylase
- Lipase
- Lactase
- Cellulase
- Bromelain (from Pineapple)
- Papain (from Papaya)

This is day 23 of my herbal colon cleansing product review and I had another full bowel movement this morning about an hour or so after I got out of bed. Nothing worthy of a photo today however.
There are a few Colonix products that I’m not taking at this point. One of them is the Flora Protect Probiotics which is a potent, freeze dried supplement in capsule form. It is designed to provide the beneficial bacteria which your body needs to help protect the gastrointestinal tract (Flora balance).
There are two types of bacteria found in the colon, “friendly” and “non-friendly”. The friendly bacteria helps the immune system, aids in digestion, and protects against infection.
Here are the ingredients found in the Colonix Flora Protect Probiotics supplement:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus
- Lactobacillus casei
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus
- Lactobacillus salivarius
- Bifidobacterium bifidum
- Bifidobacterium lactis
- Bifidobacterium longum
- Streptococcus thermophilus
- Total minimum microorganisms

22 days into my herbal colon cleanse program and things are getting back to normal again. I had a bowel movement about an hour after waking up this morning and it contained some more mucoid plaque.
Also, the constipation that I’ve had for the last few days is gone for now. I’m still taking a heaping scoopful of the fiber drink mix in the mornings and steeping the herbal tea for 15 minutes before bed.

Day 20 of my Colonix program review begins and the constipation I had last night is gone. I felt the urge to go to the bathroom about 20 minutes after waking up this morning and I had a very large bowel movement, probably the largest to date since beginning my colon cleansing treatment.
No straining whatsoever and no waiting around. I had some slight cramps, went to the restroom, and had a very healthy movement that resulted in a full bowl. There was a small amount of the rope-like, mucoid plaque that I’ve seen before in the stools but I didn’t have time to snap a photo this morning.
I’ll be drinking lots of water again today (6-8 8 ounce glasses) and I’m getting ready to take the Paranil intestinal parasite capsules along with the Colonix fiber supplement.
