I get a lot of email from people wondering, “Is Colonix safe to cleanse your body with?” As someone who has used Colonix before, I can tell you that I didn’t experience any harmful or negative side effects from Dr. Natura’s colon cleansing program (to read my day to day review while on the product, just go back at the beginning of this blog).
Cleansing your body with an effective, all natural colon treatment is a good way to approach parasites cleansing, weight gain, IBS, severe gas and bloating, etc.. If you’ve been wondering how to do a colon cleanse, it’s actually very simple and something that you can do from the comfort of your own home. While I’ve had success with the Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleanser, there are many different products available that you can use to do a colon cleanse safely and naturally.

While I don’t have any Colonix complaints to make after trying the program, I know that there are some people out there who feel differently. If you have a complaint about the Colonix colon cleansing program or some kind of a negative experience with the product, I would really like to hear about it.

Lately I’ve been reading about “The Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet” which was invented by the late naturopath Stanley Burroughs. Basically, The Lemonade Diet aims to eliminate toxins from the body by fasting. I’ve heard that it’s a pretty effective way to detox and has many benefits including weight loss.
If you’ve had a chance to try The Lemonade Master Cleanse Diet out, please post a comment and let me know how it worked out for you. I would love to hear some feedback from you guys on this before I try it. Thanks!

Day 47 of my colon cleansing product review for the Colonix treatment program by Dr. Natura.
After several days of “normal” bowel movements, I had another strange one this morning. Basically, it was a big spongy mass but was easily broken up into a long, mucus-like strand. While the entire stool wouldn’t hold together for a photo, I did manage to photograph a large piece of it:
Pictured was about 20% of the actual stool, it was quite large.
