The Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Lately I’ve been reading about “The Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet” which was invented by the late naturopath Stanley Burroughs. Basically, The Lemonade Diet aims to eliminate toxins from the body by fasting. I’ve heard that it’s a pretty effective way to detox and has many benefits including weight loss.

If you’ve had a chance to try The Lemonade Master Cleanse Diet out, please post a comment and let me know how it worked out for you. I would love to hear some feedback from you guys on this before I try it. Thanks!

I tried the master cleanser, but must admit I only made it for 6 days. I would recommend going through the entire 10 days because I believe my body was not finished detoxing. I had terrible pains and body cramping a few days after I stopped the cleanse.
Good luck with it.

i have done it twice this year so far. the first few days are a bit weird (headaches, though mild..) but your senses heighten, you sleep amazingly, your mind is at ease and you experience a new type of clarity, and you start to gain new energy on about the fourth or fifth day. i had issues with being “stopped up” and i’ve fixed that through this. ignore people who say your crazy and that it must be bad for you. they are ignorant.

Tried the lemonade diet cleanse twice, 10 days and 5 days another time. There were better results during the 10 days. The fasting is rough the first day after which the hunger is gone. Discipline is the key to this natural way and I will do it again.

Hello. I did this diet about 2 years ago for about 8 days or so. There are some people who do this thing for three weeks to get the full effect, but I couldn’t make it - the hunger overtook me. The saltwater flush was absolutely amazing. After 8 days of not eating anything and then I down 1.5 quarts of warm salt water, I had to run to the bathroom. My first question after having an incredible bowel movement was, where in the world did this stuff come from. My friend said - there is all those cheeseburgers and pizzas you’ve been eating over the years. Holy cow. I did feel great after that. You have to be careful coming off of the lemonade diet, and just eat soups and real light foods. I eventually went back to my bad habits but am starting the lemonade diet again this month because I’m just so non-motivated and lethargic. I know the real reason- I’m full of toxins. Now if I can just commit to organic foods after the diet.

I have done the lemonade diet 3 times. The first time for 5 days, the second for 7 days and most recently i did the full 10 days (with 2 days of orange juice after). it is an amazing feeling. senses are definitely heightened. i did not do the salt water flush daily, because i had to get up early for work and i just couldn’t “squeeze” it in. i feel like i would have benefited from a few more days of the lemonade.
now i am going to try the colon cleanse to see how much more i am able to eliminate. a sort of comparison i guess.

I tried this and got through day 2. I was eating fairly horribly in general, and it was the first cleansing program i had ever tried. Sweating, fever of 102 and a headache that made me want to crack my melon open. I couldn’t hang in there. Judging by my results maybe i should have, but the real world didn’t allow me to feel that sick and take care of life in general. I will definitely try again after I try a more gentle detox first and start a healthier diet. Think i will try dr natura colonix first, eat well for a month or so, then try master cleanse agian.
